I. Applications

Fill in the Application for Accommodation and send the form. Our company will confirm your reservation by e-mail and invite you to pay an advance payment or whole payment. You may choose your payment method in the course of filling in the form.

After the advance payment or whole payment is made, the reservation is binding and YELLOW SKI (Implementace s.r.o.) will send a voucher (lease) to you in the manner as chosen by you. The application can also be faxed or mailed to the above-mentioned contact address and contact numbers.

II. Information on Stay

Occupancy in the suites commences between 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays and the suites must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Occupancy always lasts one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Occupancy for one weekend only is not possible during the whole winter and summer season. Shorter stays in spring and autumn must be agreed on the phone in advance. One-day stays are not possible.

III. Payment Terms

The agreed reservation of the lease is held until the payment of a contractual price or advance payment is made, however not longer than 7 days from the day when we sent the confirmation of your reservation. The reservation is then automatically canceled. In case of reservations of 30 and less days and leases shorter than 1 week the total sum shall be payable forthwith. The client may make the payment of the ordered by him services by a postal order, cash-on-delivery, or by bank transfer, after agreement by cash. YELLOW SKI (Implementace s.r.o may send a VOUCHER for lease (and thus guarantee, in a binding manner, your stay in the suite) only after the payment is made. If the reservations are shorter than 7 days, a payment slip serves as a voucher for stay. Upon request, the invoice may be issued regarding the lease. In this connection, Implementace s.r.o. is not a taxpayer.

IV. Price of Lease

Prices are contractual prices pursuant to the published Priced List. The price includes the lease of a suite plus appurtenances, electricity delivery, heating, hot and cold water, final cleaning, bed-clothes, towels, bath sheets and toiletries (hygienic paper, detergents for washer) and offered package of services free parking of one car for a suite and free one-hour stay in the sauna per suite in the case of a weekly stay. The price does not include insurance, transport or meal. A deposit bill from tenant credit card is collected in Internet Café Bar upon arrival. This deposit will be returned provided that the suite is vacated free of any damages and losses in inventory. On the spot, the client shall also pay a local tax on visitors of CZK 17/day/person.

V. Cancellation of Lease

The client shall pay the following cancellation fee in the event of his/her withdrawal from the contract:

• Up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay – 20% of the lease price
• 29 – 14 prior to the beginning of the stay – 50% of the lease price
• 13 – 0 days prior to the beginning of the stay – 100% of the lease price

A minimum amount of a cancellation fee is CZK 1,000. The cancellation must be confirmed and made in writing, the delivery date being decisive. Confirmed lease cannot be, practically, canceled from the side of YELLOW SKI (Implementace s.r.o.). Nevertheless, in such a case the whole amount would be returned to the client.

Complaints

If the client has comments on the level of services rendered, or as the case may be, in case of his disagreement with contractual conditions, he is obliged to notify his comments forthwith in writing or personally in Internet Café Bar. If the client fails to report his requirements immediately, he shall lose his right for an eventual later compensation. Unless a defect is removed immediately, the client may raise his claim only in writing with YELLOW SKI (Implementace s.r.o.) within 7 days after his return at the latest. The client shall be notified of the result of the complaint procedure within 30 days from the date when the complaint in writing was received.

Information About Payment Methods

It is easy for the client to calculate the price in accordance with the stipulated Price List. Subsequently, the calculated price is confirmed in the reservation. The payment shall be made as follows within 7 days in advance after we send the confirmation of your reservation:

1. in cash, subject to agreement, in Prague or Rokytnice in YELLOW SKI Internet Café Bar
2. in CZK by bank transfer to the account kept with ESOB – Praha 2, account no.: 475005083/0300, var. symbol being the date of arrival and constant symbol is 0308
3. in EUR (in case of foreigners) by bank transfer to the account BIC: CEKOCZPP, IBAN: CZ89 0300 000­0 0002 0201 7­476, holder: Implementace s.r.o., bank: ČSOB, Anglická 20, Praha 2
